3. Content and Intellectual Property
All materials created by Before I Say Goodbye Films (including videos, photos, and audio recordings) remain the property of Before I Say Goodbye Films until full payment is received. Once the final payment is received, ownership of the completed project transfers to you, the client. We reserve the right to use anonymized portions of the content for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing that you prefer the content to remain private.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided for the project, such as family stories, will only be used for the purpose of creating the legacy video. We will not share or disclose any personal information outside of the project scope without explicit consent from the client.

5. Booking and Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the final video unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Any additional charges for extra services (e.g., additional filming, revisions) will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. If the project is canceled by the client, a cancellation fee may apply based on the stage of work completed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Before I Say Goodbye Films and are subject to our evaluation of the project status at the time of cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing, and any deposit paid may be forfeited depending on the amount of work completed.

Before I Say Goodbye Films shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of nature, illness, or equipment failure).
